Show Notes

We believe the Worship Experience is the journey you take your audience on from the parking lot to the parking lot on a Sunday.

You might be on your church’s First Impressions Team, Worship Team, Production Team, Teaching Team, or Communications Team. This is the podcast for you.

This week is no exception – as we are talking to the Lead Singer of the band Sanctus Real – my new friend Dustin Lolli will be joining me. Dustin was a Worship Leader at a church for years before joining the band Sanctus Real, where he continues to lead worship to thousands of people through their songs and concerts.

We are talking with Dustin about how to handle those moments in your ministry when you question your calling, when you feel like giving up, when you don’t know what God is doing.

There was a time recently when the band was struggling – struggling to know what was next. It was out of this place that the song “Confidence” came.

You don’t have to be a Worship Leader to connect with this episode. If you’ve ever been at a place where you have questioned your calling, you will resonant with what Dustin has to say.
