Preventing Ministry Burnout with Tom Bump

Show Notes

Show Notes:

On today’s episode of the show, we welcome our friend Tom Bump.

Tom is the founder of Restoring Leaders.

He is also the author of the new book Valleys over Mountains – a book you should have in your personal library. Its a book about overcoming the valleys in ministry and how to get through the hard seasons.

And we always say if you haven’t gone through a tough season or bumps along the way in ministry, you just haven’t been in it long enough. They will come.

Today, Tom is going to talk through how to prevent burnout in ministry.

You may be in a season after this pandemic where you are weary. You are worn down and you are in a fog. You could be coming out of that or you could still be in it. So we are going to talk about some real practical ways to prevent frying out completely.
