They have done an immense amount of research on how pastors and leaders are cared for, why folks are leaving the ministry, and what we can do to care for pastors and leaders.

We’ll give some biblical background on caring for leaders, we’ll examine why it matters that pastors are cared for, we’ll look at what types of networks support pastors and more.
