This week on the show – you get me! Its been awhile since we’ve tackled a topic. We’ve been in interviews for quite some time, and I thought it would be a nice change up for me to share some of my strategies for providing consistent training opportunities for your volunteer team. I’m going to open my playbook and share the entire training process that we created at Newspring Church. I’ve served at several churches and ministries over the years, most recently at Newspring and we created a training process that really worked.
