In this episode, I want to share a resource for you to help you minister to your team. I’m a broken here – in Church Media, it’s not just about executing well on Sunday. That’s extremely important – we want to create excellent, distraction-free environments where people meet Jesus and grow in their relationship with Him. But pastoring your volunteers is key. It’s the most important thing you should be doing in your job. So one thing you can do in creating the culture on your team is to provide your team with great resources for their spiritual growth and the growth of their family. You want to help them be strong in their faith and strong leaders at home.

I recently had a chat with Jason Houser, who is the founder of Seeds Family Worship. We talked about how the ministry began and we also talked about ways you can use Seeds and how it can be a resource for media production volunteers and their families. Jason is a ministry guy and a pastor at Lighthouse Church in Twin Falls, Idaho. He has a passion for ministry and for media and it shines through in our conversation on this week’s podcast.
